5-Day Course: Oct 26–30 $6,000

Achieving predictable and functional outcomes in complete denture treatment remains one of the most significant challenges in restorative dentistry. This comprehensive clinical course, led by a board-certified prosthodontist and clinical professor, introduces the JDP Concept—a systematic approach designed to streamline the fabrication of high-quality dentures through precision and clinical efficiency.
By the end of this residency, participants will have gained the confidence and technical expertise to implement the JDP Concept into their daily practice, ensuring stable, aesthetic, and functional results for their edentulous patients.
The first three days focus on the core clinical workflow, featuring live patient demonstrations. Participants will observe the transition from preliminary impressions and tray design to the critical stages of maxillo-mandibular relationship records. A key highlight of this session is the Closed-Mouth Impression technique, demonstrating how to achieve superior border molding and mucosal adaptation. The course concludes with the final insertion process, including functional food tests to verify patient satisfaction.
For those seeking hands-on mastery, the extended 5-day program adds two intensive days dedicated to technical execution. Precise occlusal adjustment is an absolute prerequisite for achieving long-term denture stability and patient comfort. Day 4 is dedicated to Occlusal Adjustment Techniques for Establishing Bilateral Balanced Occlusion. Participants will learn the principles of selective grinding to eliminate micro-interferences in both centric and lateral positions, ensuring a harmonious and stable prosthetic environment. The final day addresses the practicalities of chairside maintenance, covering denture repairs and occlusal reconstruction using self-curing resins to manage malocclusion in existing prostheses.
